Current interests

Helen has recently completed a KESS funded PhD to create a Virtual Reality Training Simulator for Rugby skills.

The project was recently accepted onto the Visionair scheme, producing a collaboration with the Centre de Réalité Virtuelle de la Mediterrane (CRVM) at Université de la Méditerranée in Marseilles, France.

Helen completed a BSc in Computer Science at Bangor University in 2010, and is currently doing a KESS funded PhD to create a Virtual Reality Training Simulator for Rugby skills in collaboration with Rugbi Innovations Ltd.  and the Schools of Sports Science and Psychology. Her interests include animation in the film and gaming industries, and virtual environments, particularly for learning purposes.

Helen is currently a post doctoral researcher in the Department of Computer Science at Aberystwyth University.
